SCPS is excited to announce the launch of the SchooLinks College and Career Readiness Program that will be implemented with students in grades 6th-12th for the 2023-2024 academic school year and beyond. As the students explore the platform through the use of their own personalized dashboards, SchooLinks offers an opportunity for our students to participate in lessons that allow opportunities for:
- Goal Setting
- Participation in Career Interest Assessments (Find your path, would you rather, campus life style)
- College searches and exploration
- The exploration of jobs based on their location, interest and opportunities
- Getting a jump start on their careers by connecting with local businesses
SchooLinks offers real world experiences for students by ensuring that they have equitable access to local work-based learning opportunities that will help them to connect what they are learning in the classroom to the real world.
